Kalsarikännit (Finnish for “getting drunk alone at home in your underwear”) is a German-Italian death punk band from Berlin, founded in 2023.

The five musicians—Gyldenkam (vocals), Laserpat (lead guitar), Lola (bass), Thomas (rhythm guitar), and Sascha (drums)—combine influences from rock, punk, hardcore, and metal into a powerful, melodic, and catchy sound.

Their songs are little anthems to the absurd and the funny in life. Whether at the bar, on the couch, or in the mosh pit—Kalsarikännit invite you to not take yourself too seriously and, for one evening, let go of everything that gives you a headache. And all in keeping with their motto: Fun comes first.
